Hey! “get your sh*t together Sunday” is back in action in my world. For lunch I decided to dabble a bit in Qdoba… aka: get your workout sh*t together after that meal.
Tonight gearing up for a 5 mile run (on pace for the half marathon I’m running in September). It’s hot so I’m bringing these items with me: 3 bottles of water, iPod, and a beach towel (for the much anticipated excessive sweating). How are you getting your sh*t together today?
